1. General provisions
1.1. These terms set out the rules for using the website at centrum-oddech.pl (the "Site").

2. Type and scope of electronic services

- publishing information about the practice's offer, specialists and pricing;
- access to blog articles;
- enabling contact via the email address given on the Site;
- providing a third-party online booking widget (ZnanyLekarz), once the User has consented to that provider's cookies.
2.2. The Site is informational in nature. Booking an appointment, its terms, and the provision of psychological services are not covered by these terms — online booking takes place on the ZnanyLekarz platform under its own terms, and psychological services are provided under separate arrangements with the practice.
3. Technical requirements
3.1. To use the Site you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and — for the booking widget — third-party cookies (ZnanyLekarz) enabled.
3.2. The Provider is not responsible for issues arising from the User's failure to meet these requirements.
4. Conditions of use
4.1. Users must use the Site lawfully and in line with accepted standards of conduct, and must not submit unlawful content.
4.2. Actions that disrupt the functioning of the Site are prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The Site's content (including text, graphics, logo and layout) is legally protected and is either owned by the Provider or used under appropriate rights. Using it without the Provider's consent is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
6. Complaints
6.1. Complaints about how the Site functions can be sent to: kontakt@centrum-oddech.pl.

8. Final provisions
