The Oddech psychological practice in Poznań
Oddech is a psychological centre for families. It was founded because Poznań and the surrounding area lacked a place where children and families could get psychological help in a welcoming setting.
We see children, teenagers, adults, couples and whole families. We work with each person individually, because working with a six-year-old looks very different from working with a couple twenty years into their marriage.

A calm space and unhurried conversation. Sessions run for a full 50 minutes.

Pani Karolina pomogła nam w bardzo trudnym momencie. Praktycznie uratowała nasz związek, dając nam przestrzeń na wysłuchanie się i zrozumienie drugiej osoby.
Pani Karolina widzi w pacjencie człowieka, a to teraz bardzo rzadkie. Pracowaliśmy razem 5 miesięcy i ten czas zdecydowanie polepszył moje życie.
Pierwszy raz byłem na takim spotkaniu i nie wiedziałem czego się spodziewać. Pani Karolina od razu stworzyła miłą atmosferę. Uzyskałem konkretną poradę i uczucie wielkiej ulgi.
Potrafi bardzo dobrze nawiązać kontakt zarówno z dorosłym, jak i z dzieckiem. Wskazała, że problem leżał gdzie indziej niż się nam wydawało. Po spotkaniu Pani Karolina przysłała bardzo szczegółowe podsumowanie z zaleceniami i nawet podaną bibliografią. Pełen profesjonalizm. Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem.
Bardzo rzetelnie przeprowadzony test, brak ukrytych kosztów. Nawet prowadząca mnie pani psychiatra była pod wrażeniem opisu. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.
Jestem osobą funkcjonującą w środowisku LGBT i nie każda terapeutka potrafi zrozumieć jego kontekst i specyfikę, ale Pani Karolina jest super empatyczna, czuje tę specyfikę i chyba nigdy nie było mi tak łatwo otworzyć się przed kimś. Jeżeli ktoś szuka terapeutki, która jest otwarta, empatyczna i potrafi zrozumieć meandry queerowego światka, to całym sercem polecam.
